I mentioned this recipe recently, in another form though. This time I placed the dough in a 28cm tart pan and cook the same way as before. The result was a crispy tart, which was enough to serve to 8-10 people. You can apply the same dough to an even wider pan in a thinner layer. I also added some raspberry jam to the apple stuffing. I think it can be a lifesaver in the future:-)

Angelika's Nutella Cupcakes

The second copy that I made is, from dear Angelika, who published these delicious cakes in her blog a while ago. They immediately caught my attention and the result was very good just as her other recipes. I strongly recommend it. I just forget to sprinkle powdered sugar over them , but they were very tasty anyway, had to eat two at once to satisfy my sweet tooth:-)
Thank you very much Angelika and enjoy everyone!

Dear Tülin, thank you again for your kind words and for writing about the "marbled" Nutella cupcakes. I am happy that you liked them, and Nutella seems to rule as you say ! As for the apple tart, interestingly enough I had the same idea when I prepared the crescents (which worked wonderfully; and I will blog about them in one of my next posts); I love the texture of this dough you use and it can be handled so easily, you even need not roll out it but can do it simply with your hands, it's so elastic. So I thought it might be a good idea to use it for a tart also and I will definitely try this soon. Well, fortunately the fruit season is ahead, or hopefully is (looking at the low temperatures and still snow here in Vienna :-( But before that I will look up a recipe for a Linzer cake and try it just for you, I hope you can hop over for a coffeetime and some bubbling and chatting on Sunday and sharing the cake ;-) At least you are here in our minds and hearts, have a good day, angelika
Thank you so much! I will not try to hide that I am looking forward to taste your cake and eat delicious forest fruits that I adore. I am praying not to have any unpleasant surprises before our planned visit. I cannot think of a better time than spring in Vienna as you said. Hugs from sunny Athens.(you know that I am wishing for snow here, instead of the sun)
